What is a GO?
GO comes from the words Group Order. Since it is often difficult or almost impossible to buy items from Asia individually, GOs are used to buy in large quantities so that the shipping costs are shared among the participants.Where you can send packages?
At the moment, we only do GOs for Spain, as shipping to other countries requires more extensive planning and logistics. We prefer to focus on Spain for now, and later on, if all goes well, we would consider expanding to other European countries.Please keep in mind when you join, customs in Spain can charge up to a 21% of the price of the product. So sometimes the third payment can be substantial.
About the collaboration with Rosmei
Since Rosmei does not have an official distributor in Europe, there are two ways to purchase their publications: through Atom Comics or GOs. We are collaborating with Rosmei to bring their books to people who are unable to purchase them directly.How does it work? / Which are the steps I need to follow?
In the case of Rosmei, when pre-orders open, we will announce it on our Twitter account and create a Google Forms survey to find out how many people are interested. When you sign up for the GO, you will have to send the first payment, which corresponds to the price of the book or books you wish to purchase. The second payment will be for the shipping to us, and the third payment will be for customs duties + shipping from us to you.Will you be doing GOs only for new books/pre-orders, or for older ones as well?
Our idea is to be able to place orders not only for books or volumes that are currently available for pre-order, but also for volumes that were published some time ago so that new readers can start a series from scratch.

For now, we only do GOs for Rosmei books, but if you want to send us a DM, we'll keep it in mind and have a look!When will the second and third payment be?
The second payment will be in the days following the closure of Google Forms. The third depends on when we receive the package, whether it gets held up at customs or not, but we will work as quickly as possible to pack everything and send it to you!How much will the second and third payment be?
At this moment, we cannot know for sure, since, especially the third one with customs, it depends a lot on the package. When we have all the information about the items, we will send it to the participants.What payment method do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
While the Google Forms are open, you can contact us via Twitter to cancel or modify your order, and we will refund the money. Once the package has been shipped, we will be unable to refund the money.What happens if my address has changed, or I did not provide you with the correct one?
No problem, if you notice anything, you can send us a DM on Twitter. If not, we will always contact you before sending the packages to confirm the address.What do you get out of this?
We can also get the books easily and help anyone who wants to buy them! We don't overcharge or take any monetary profit.What happens if I can't fufill one of the payments?
If we do not receive the first one, we cannot count you as a participant. As for the other two, we understand that sometimes it can be a substantial amount of money, but the only one we can accept being delayed is the third one. In that case, we would keep the item until it arrived and then proceed with the shipment.
